1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ulamora Studio (ulamora.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Intended Purpose & License
Ulamora Studio is provided for educational, research, exploratory, and prototyping purposes. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application through a web browser.
Generated Code Ownership: Code generated through the Export feature (Python NumPy and JavaScript ESM) is yours to use, modify, and distribute without restriction or licensing fees from Ulamora.
3. Intellectual Property
The Ulamora Studio interface, brand identity, vector logos, custom styling, engine design, and component implementations are the exclusive intellectual property of Ulamora. You may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage the studio codebase for commercial resale as a competing platform without explicit authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ulamora Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While numerical algorithms (such as SVD, RK4, 2D Wave PDE, and Attention) are carefully implemented, Ulamora is not certified for mission-critical, life-support, nuclear, or mission-safety engineering calculations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Ulamora or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the studio or any exported algorithms.
